A steady place to land in the middle of the week….

The Midweek Resilience Circle is a weekly, trauma-informed communal space to pause, ground, and reconnect.

This circle is designed for those navigating burnout, grief, emotional exhaustion, or nervous system overwhelm — especially for people who are used to carrying things quietly and alone.

You don’t need to arrive regulated, hopeful, or clear.
You don’t need to share or perform.
Presence itself is enough.

This is a place to breathe, to soften the brace, and to remember that you don’t have to do this alone.

What this space offers:

Each 60-minute gathering includes:

  • Gentle grounding and nervous system regulation practices

  • Guided reflection offered in a calm, non-directive way

  • Optional integration through silence, journaling, or brief sharing

  • A held, relational environment where participation is always invitational

You are welcome to participate quietly or relationally, at your own pace.

This is not therapy and not crisis care.
It is a compassionate, trauma-informed space to regulate, reconnect, and feel supported in community.

Community Agreements:

To help create a space that feels respectful and supportive for everyone, we ask that all participants agree to the following shared agreements:

  • Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Please do not share others’ personal experiences outside of this space.

  • Choice & Consent: All practices and invitations are optional. You are always free to participate in ways that feel right for your body.

  • Respectful Presence: We listen without interrupting, advising, or fixing. This space prioritizes witnessing over problem-solving.

  • Self-Responsibility: You are encouraged to care for your own needs during the session, including stepping away or grounding yourself if needed.

  • Non-Judgment: All experiences are welcome. We practice meeting ourselves and one another with compassion.

These agreements help create a container where shared presence can be supportive without pressure or exposure.
