A year-long journey into embodied healing

The Embodied Healing Journey is a monthly workshop series designed to support somatic healing, nervous system repair, emotional metabolizing, and embodied resilience.

Each workshop offers a spacious, trauma-informed container to slow down, listen inward, and meet what your body has been holding. This series is not about fixing yourself. It’s about creating enough safety for healing to unfold at the body’s pace.

Workshops stand alone, and you are welcome to attend any single session. Many participants also choose to return across the year as a steady rhythm of support and integration.

What to expect in each workshop:

Each 90-minute workshop weaves together:

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation

  • Gentle movement, breath, sound, and grounding

  • Narrative reflection and meaning-making

  • Emotional metabolizing and supportive release

  • Energetic clearing and guided integration

Everything is invitational. Sharing is always optional.

This is not therapy and not crisis care. It is a trauma-informed educational and experiential space designed to support regulation, insight, and integration.

2026 Workshop Themes

January 31st: Arriving Without Pressure

A gentle beginning to the year. We explore how to release urgency, orient to safety, and let the body set the pace for what comes next.

February 28th: Burnout and the Cost of Survival

We name the hidden labor of “holding it together” and begin softening the brace. Practices support restoration, boundaries, and nervous system repair.

March 28th: Releasing Self-Blame

We explore how trauma can turn responsibility inward. This workshop supports self-compassion, nervous system relief, and separating your worth from what happened to you.

April 25th: Grief That Hasn’t Had Space

A tender container for the grief that lives in the body. We make room for loss without rushing it, and practice grounding through waves of feeling.

May 30th: Safety, Boundaries, and the Nervous System

We explore how safety is built through signals, pace, and choice. Practices support boundary clarity and the embodied experience of “I am allowed to protect myself.”

June 27th: Listening to the Body’s Pace

We practice letting the body lead. This workshop supports slowing down, reducing internal pressure, and learning the language of sensation, need, and consent.

July 25th: Compassion for the Parts That Survived

We meet survival strategies with respect instead of correction. This workshop supports reparenting, self-understanding, and honoring the intelligence of adaptation.

August 29th: Loneliness, Belonging, and Regulation

We explore relational nervous system needs and how to feel less alone without forcing connection. Practices support grounded belonging and gentle community.

September 26th: Emotional Metabolizing

We practice helping emotions move through the body rather than getting stuck. This workshop supports healthy completion, inner steadiness, and emotional clarity.

October 24th: Fatigue, Tenderness, and Rest

A workshop devoted to restoring softness. We explore the difference between collapse and rest, and how to offer the body true recovery.

November 14th: Integration and Meaning-Making

We gather what you’ve learned and what has shifted. Practices support integration, self-trust, and carrying insight into daily life without overwhelm.

December 12th: Closing the Year Gently

We end the year without performance or pressure. This workshop supports reflection, honoring what you survived, and closing the year with steadiness and care.

Meet the Founder

Sonia Lee has dedicated her life to learning how to alchemize deep emotional wounds into transformation, resilience, and a grounded, compassionate relationship with the self.

Through her own lived experience of burnout, heartbreak, grief, and early relational wounds, Sonia discovered that healing does not happen through force or bypassing, but through presence, attunement, and embodied repair. This understanding now forms the foundation of her work.

Sonia is a certified somatic, emotional resilience, and narrative-focused trauma care guide who supports individuals and communities navigating emotional exhaustion, loss, childhood trauma, and periods of profound transition. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, honoring the wisdom of the nervous system and the stories held within the body.

Her work is a skillful, integrative blend of:

  • Nervous system repair and somatic unwinding

  • Inner child reparenting and attachment healing

  • Hypnotherapy and subconscious rewiring
