Hold Yourself

Hold yourself.

Hold your own heart.

Help it trust you can handle its pain.

That it can trust you when it’s broken.

Practice holding yourself through seeing,

listening,

feeling our own heart.

Maybe ask yourself,

“What does my heart need?”

“What does it feel?”

“Do I feel connected to my heart,”

“Do I feel disconnected?”

In this curiosity

We might find connection.

Hold yourself.

Hold your own heart.
