How I Work:


My coaching approach blends somatic regulation, emotional release, inner child support, and integration.

We move at the pace your nervous system can trust. This is practical, compassionate, and grounded.

People Come to Me When They Want To:

  • understand and shift protection patterns (freeze, fawn, over-functioning)

  • rebuild boundaries, self-trust, and emotional safety in relationships

8-week, 4-month, or 6-month journeys for deep nervous system repair and integration.
Best for: burnout recovery, betrayal healing, grief, trauma patterns, relationship repair.

Experiential, trauma-informed sessions for communities and organizations.
Topics include: nervous system literacy, somatic reparenting, burnout recovery, emotional resilience.
