Narrative & Nervous System Integration Lab

A six-week guided process for exploring the experiences that shaped how we lead, relate, and carry responsibility.

Our lives are shaped by the stories we carry.

Some of these stories are empowering.

Others were formed during moments of harm, betrayal, loss, or overwhelming responsibility.

Often we continue moving forward without ever pausing long enough to understand how these experiences shaped our nervous systems, identities, and leadership patterns.

The Narrative & Nervous System Integration Lab creates a structured environment for exploring one of these formative experiences with care, support, and skilled guidance.

Participants write and explore a personal story while learning how trauma and experience shape the nervous system, identity, and patterns of leadership and relationship.

This work integrates narrative exploration with trauma-informed nervous system awareness.
